Work and formulate a weekly technical quality meeting to resolve major technical issues and technical measures for quality improvement.
　　In order to continuously improve the quality of the company's employees, we regularly organize technical training, technical competitions, and technical training for employees, so that the company's employees can reach a higher technical level. Before taking up the job, employees must undergo technical training, and can take up the job after more than half a year's assessment. At present, all employees of our company have obtained technical grade certificates. We firmly believe that high-quality products are produced by high-quality employees. In terms of production process control, all raw materials that constitute the final conveyor belt products are listed as Class A important materials, and suppliers are strictly reviewed. And all raw materials must be inspected before production, and can be put into production after passing the test. There is scientific and strict process quality control in the production process, and "self-inspection, mutual inspection, and self-inspection" are implemented. Unqualified semi-finished products cannot flow into the next process to ensure that product quality is always under control during the production process. The finished product inspection is carried out according to the number of sampling samples higher than the national standard, and the delivery pass rate of conveyor belt products is 99.99%.

　　2. Content of quality assurance
　　All kinds of conveyor belt products produced by our company are designed according to the national standards, the standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the standards of the Ministry of Coal Industry or enterprise standards higher than the national standards. Under the conditions of installation, normal operation and maintenance, it has good performance during the service period. During the quality assurance period, if there are quality defects caused by design, craftsmanship, etc., our company will take full responsibility and provide free maintenance or replacement products.
　　The quality assurance period is 12 months. After the end of the quality assurance period, our company will still carry out the full tracking service during the entire service period of the conveyor belt, and regularly return to customers for quality information during the service period of the conveyor belt and provide various technologies in a timely manner. service, so that customers have no worries about service after the quality assurance period.
